Our Story

Built in my basement. Dialed in by trial and error. Still made by hand, every single one.

The Origin Story

Not a Farm. Not a Factory. Just Me.

MycoCo started with two pressure cookers and a pile of failed bags. No funding. No team. Just a personal obsession with doing mushrooms right — sterile, consistent, rewarding. I wasn't trying to build a brand. I was trying to build bags that flushed like clockwork.

Now I make every grow kit by hand, from mixing to sterilizing to sealing. You're not buying from a warehouse — you're buying something I personally cooked, bagged, and quality-checked. If it's not good enough for my shelf, it's not leaving my house.

This brand isn't about mass production. It's about control, consistency, and knowing what works. Whether you're a first-timer or full-blown hobbyist, I want this to be the kit that makes you love growing.

MycoCo Origins
"Every kit I ship is something I'd be proud to grow myself. That's the bar. Nothing leaves the house unless I'd stake a flush on it."
– Nathan, Founder

The Mission

Simple Kits. Serious Flushes. Make Growing Easy.

I built MycoCo for people who want to grow mushrooms without a lab coat. That means no B.S., no complicated instructions, and no half-baked bags. Just clean spawn, sterile substrate, and enough airflow to get a real flush — not just a photo-op.

I want to make cultivation accessible — but without dumbing it down. You'll still learn. You'll still earn your harvest. But you won't need $500 worth of gear to do it right.
